The Commitments of Traders for gold show large Specs net selling and shorting, and Commercials reducing net shorts (still heavily net short) while the little guy goes nowhere, remaining significantly net long.
Silver’s CoT shows large Specs net doing nothing (still very net long), Commercials inching longer (still very net short) and the little guy puking and shorting against his still significantly long net.
