The Wrap Up (executive summary) segment appears near the beginning of the report right after the Table of Contents on the fine recommendation of a subscriber. It had been at the end, which to me had been logical as I’d finish the work and then summarize. But some people want to conveniently skim the summary without having to scroll through 50 pages, and so this is but one minor improvement that has contributed to the whole improvement over the years.
