Thank you for your mail.
Not only do I welcome questions by email, I encourage them! That is because though I do write in a conversational way I am always concerned that some points may not be clear to somebody. So yes, indeed I would welcome questions/comments as needed. In fact, every week when the report is emailed I make sure to remind subscribers that their mail is welcome.
