Under this Agreement, Gary Tanashian (owner) of NFTRH.com provides financial information and opinions, both personally and of ‘guest’ authors. By visiting these websites or by communicating with their owner verbally, through email, on a blog, social media, by any other electronic means or by subscribing to the NFTRH newsletter, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, “NFTRH” means the above noted website, all of its content, the Notes From the Rabbit Holes (NFTRH) market service and associated email updates, any associated blogs, forums or social media, and the site owner.
NFTRH: Notes From the Rabbit Hole (NFTRH) is our weekly market report in which we provide analysis on financial markets. We make every effort to provide accurate and high quality content, but this analysis ultimately represents our opinions and these opinions are provided without warranty or guarantee of any kind. NFTRH is a subscription service and as a subscriber you agree not to forward or redistribute any of its content without prior written permission of its publisher, Gary Tanashian.
NFTRH subscriptions are available on a monthly renewable basis to give subscribers the option of cancellation each month. Yearly subscription is also available and is not refundable, in full or in part. We offer sample NFTRH issues, which allow a prospective subscriber to get to know our work in NFTRH. If, after such review you are unsure about a yearly commitment, but would still like to subscribe, we encourage the use of the monthly option.

NFTRH.com does not serve ads from third parties or collect personal data/information from website users other than voluntary signup for email delivery of our posts. These may be easily canceled at any time when you unsubscribe to posts, and no record of your information will be retained by us or shared with any third party. Personal information required for email delivery of posts is a name (or identifier of your choice) and a valid email address.
We do not share with any third party any information you may provide through personal contact with us. If you do share personal information but later decide you would like it deleted, please advise (using the Contact link above) and this will be done immediately. Otherwise, personal email communications are routinely deleted on a monthly basis.
The only NFTRH subscriber information we collect is a name (or identifier of your choice) and email address as provided in your own PayPal or Square account. This is used for the sole purpose of delivering NFTRH reports and services to our subscribers and is never shared with any third party. NFTRH subscriptions are managed by PayPal and Square, which hold subscriber account and personal data. PayPal’s privacy policy can be reviewed here. Square’s privacy policy is available here. Please note that subscribers can opt out of email delivery and access all services directly at the site including the weekly report archive, but need to personally request from us the weekly password for access.
To withdraw permission for the use of name and email for the purpose of delivering NFTRH services please cancel your subscription through your PayPal or Square accounts; or if paid by check or wire transfer please advise of intention to cancel the subscription by using the Contact link above. In either case your information will be deleted immediately upon subscription cancellation.
If you are a citizen of the European Union and believe there is an issue with the way your information is handled, please contact the EU GDPR.
The Site uses cookies, which ensure that visitors have the best possible experience when using the site. They are also useful for tracking the number of visitors and understanding how visitors use the Site. Personally identifiable information is not collected via cookies or other tracking technology.

After reviewing the scope of the guidelines we have determined that as with the GDPR, our privacy and data protection policies are compliant.
A word about the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
NFTRH.com is a very small business and the CCPA does not apply per the excerpt from its fact sheet below. But rest assured that we never have and never will sell anyone’s personal information (we record email and name only, with subscribers’ personal financial information held by PayPal), nor will we ever use that information beyond what is required to deliver our services to our subscribers and followers.
