It occurs to me that it might be a good idea to make an update here about my daughter Isabela’s short film, Immortal She, which several of you contributed to and a few of you were way more than generous toward.
The shooting with other actors and crew are done. The film was about to go into post-production, but the inevitable snags and challenges cropped up. She has to go back to NYC to re-shoot her scenes. Luckily, the scenes with other actors are okay.
She is learning about hard work and commitment, along with stress, anxiety and one day the fulfillment of having gone through adversity (and her own $) to create something meaningful.
So much of that was made possibly by your generosity in helping her get a lift-off. Thank you so much, from me and from Iz! She’ll get ‘er done.
