[edit] Just after posting the subscriber noted below who was able to log in yesterday to the NFTRH report but not the update just emailed the following…

“I am on same device…and. just after I emailed you, I was able to get access…but am SURE I entered SAME pw…so I can’t tell what’s going on.”

So it is definitely random and also thankfully, very minor. I’ll seek assistance from WP support.

For a week+ now there has been an issue where a tiny minority of subscribers experience a variation in the ability to access protected content with the weekly password. By “tiny” I mean one or two people each week out of the entire subscriber base. Following are the details as I understand them:

  • Appears to be happening on mobile devices only. Indeed, it happened on my own iPhone last week momentarily before self-correcting. Weird, I know.
  • Clearing browser cache and/or cookies and relogging in may help.
  • One person I heard from this morning was able to log in to the premium report yesterday but not to today’s video update. But it’s the same password and nothing was changed on this end.
  • Another subscriber was out of country and thought it may be due to his attempts to access from a remote IP.
  • Finally, here is the AI generated feedback I got from WordPress customer support (I am going to seek live assistance when available)…
