[edit] It appears the issue is limited to German subscribers whose email ends in ‘.de’ only.
I have heard from several subscribers located in Germany that this week’s report email has not yet arrived. If you email me using the Contact link here at the site I will forward you the report right away.
As a side note, these emails have not been rejected back on my end so maybe it is still in transit.
