After last week’s mini edition I am glad to get the holiday cobwebs shaken out and get back to work. Doing this report got me dialed back in, which is my comfort zone. The opening intro segment per the screenshot illustrates one aspect of the macro that is hitting me over the head. This stuff can be expected to move in slow motion, just as the positive economic view we noted in January 2013 took years to evolve to today’s ‘as good as it gets!’ status.
