I had once posted the original by Steve Marriott and the Small Faces, which blew me away. This cover by the Runt is exceptional as well. I just love the 60s & 70s rock songs that tapped into a certain soulful vibe.
This cover is from 1982. I just found it when taking a musical break from writing today I looked up the lyrics for Tin Soldier to try to sing while I play (not something you’d want to hear) and found out Runt had covered it. Learn something new every day.
