Here is the S&P 500’s closing price, target price and analyst ratings from FactSet

Nothing new or unusual here.  A bunch of constructive to bullish analysts and a very few Gloomy Gus’s issuing ‘Sell’ calls.

But what is really interesting is that there is no appreciable difference in analyst ratings accounting for the percentage of business done inside vs. outside the US (exports) in light of the strong US dollar.

In NFTRH we have recently reviewed data that definitely shows exporters are struggling relative to those companies doing the majority of their business within the good old US of A.
